Chef Henry

I had to post this because it is just so typical of Henry right now. He's wearing his chef's hat (made of tissue paper) and apron from last week's food-themed summer day camp. He loves the outfit-- he wore the hat all the time until he sadly left it out in the rain, and he is wearing the apron right now. Also the absorption in a task, the independence, and then the sudden tears of frustration when he realizes something is awry-- all so typical for my still-three-year-old boy!

I love this video! So great that Henry has such high standards for himself! But he is still just a little guy who does not think about how it will be to have water on his apron.

I loved the fact that t his morning he read the ABC's in the Richard Scarry book to Agatha! I can see that kind of thing happening more often.

He is such a delight!
